    • Jawun secondee to Alice Springs

    • Designed and wrote workforce development strategy for the Board

    • Wrote a plan for the Executive team - the ‘nuts and bolts’ practical ways to implement the strategy to double first nations people in the media sector from 500 to 1000 within 5 years

    • Lead grant author and part of strategic team

    • Won $8 million, announced February 2025

    • Strategy, writing, editing

    • Obtained letters of endorsement and support

    • Won $5k through 2023 NSW Women’s Week Grants Program, from NSW Dept of Premier and Cabinet

    • Designed program, wrote grant, led event

    • ~300 women and girls attended outreach and information event, encouraging participation in the water and surf lifesaving

    • Arranged acknowledgement of overdue bronze medallion for Leslie Adamski , who qualified in 1980’s but was prevented at the time receiving her award due to gender

    • Uplifted strategic information memorandum and support documents and explainers

    • Endorsed by major blue chip brands and senior government users as substantial step change for the start-up
