  • It depends! We can’t give a rate card because that’s not how we roll. There are so many variables to anticipate that it’s better if we email or talk first and figure out what you want, when you need it, and how much work might already be done. Then we can figure out a price that works.

    But don’t be scared! For NFPs we know that funds are often tight. We have a passion for our community too.

  • An average engagement is a few weeks, but we also work on tight, short projects, and longer, more complex things. Again, it depends. But we’ll get you an answer to your schedule question in a couple of days.

  • Willington Advisory has a large stable of very experienced professionals that we bring into projects when and if we need to, so it depends on your project as to what kinds of people are needed and how many. Sometimes it’s just one, other times it’s many more. That’s the beauty of engaging us - we can surge to fit the requirements and make sure the work is done to a high standard on time.

  • Yes. We often work embedded in a client site as there’s often the added benefit of helping your own team learn from our experience so that you won’t need us next time.

    Other times we work remotely and use Teams or Zoom to link up so that we’re out of your way. It depends on what you want and what makes it the most efficient way to get things done.
